Classes are held in Lacey at 8294 28th Ct NE # 200 (click here for map)

Classes are for ages 7 and up, any skill level. We learn effective self-defense, traditional customs and discipline, Olympic style (WTF) sparring, and much more. Taekwondo is fun and a great way to get in better shape or maintain and improve conditioning. We also provide an opportunity to compete in local and international tournaments, for those interested.
